How do I add the badge to my email?

How to Add Your Bride Badge to Your Email

Ready to level up your vendor outreach? Follow these simple steps to add your 2026 Bride Guide badge to your email signature.

Step 1: Customize in Canva

  1. Click the "Personalize My Badge" button above.
  2. Once the template opens in Canva, double-click the text to add your name or wedding date.
  3. Click Share in the top right corner, then Download.
  4. Select PNG as the file type. (Pro Tip: If you have Canva Pro, check the "Transparent Background" box for the cleanest look!)

Step 2: Upload to Your Email Settings

If you use Gmail:

  • Click the Settings (gear icon) > See all settings.
  • Scroll down to the Signature section.
  • Click the Insert Image icon (it looks like a little mountain) and upload your saved badge.
  • Important: Click on the image once it’s uploaded and select "Original Size" or "Medium" to make sure it looks crisp.

If you use Outlook:

  • Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Compose and reply.
  • Under Email signature, click the Insert pictures inline icon and select your badge.

Step 3: Make it Interactive (Optional but Recommended!)

Want your vendors to find your registry or wedding website instantly?

  • While still in your email settings, highlight the badge image with your mouse.
  • Click the Link icon (it looks like a chain link).
  • Paste your Wedding Website URL or Digital Registry link.
  • Now, your badge is a clickable button!

Step 4: Save & Celebrate

  • Scroll to the bottom of your settings page and hit Save Changes.
  • Send a test email to yourself or a friend to see your new "Bride Era" aesthetic in action!

How to Customize & Order Your Bride Tote

No need to download or upload anything. You can design and order your custom tote in minutes right inside Canva.

  1. Open the Template: Click the "Personalize My Tote" button above.
  2. Make it Yours: Edit the text to add your future last name or wedding date.
  3. Click "Print Products": In the top right corner of Canva, click the Print Products button (or search "Tote Bag" in the share menu).
  4. Check the Preview: Canva will show you a 3D mockup of what your bag will look like. Make sure your text is centered and looks perfect!
  5. Order to Your Door: Select your quantity, enter your shipping info, and Canva will handle the rest. They usually arrive in a beautiful package in just a few days.
